**This class will be presented as a hybrid learning opportunity, with classroom instruction via Zoom and on-location field trips**
Learn skills needed to capture the fascinating world of small nature subjects. Skills cover lens selection and use, lighting, timing, and stacking for focus, and how to overcome the close-up focusing conundrum. We will learn, explore, and photograph small subjects from wildflowers to flying insects.
Prerequisite: Introduction to Digital Photography PH147 or similar experience. Skill level: Intermediate

Milton Heiberg
Milton Heiberg was given a Brownie Target camera at age 8 and has been an avid photographer ever since. He is a frequent lecturer on wildlife photography, special effects, and general photography. Thousands of his images have been published worldwide. He is the author of seven books on photographic technique.
