Nature at the Joe Overstreet Landing

Spend a full day of photography with Milton Heiberg, author of seven books on photographic technique and aesthetics. Visit some of Florida’s most beautiful rural and untouched wild areas from cattle country to bird refuges, including Snail Kites and a working Bald Eagle nest. Lunch is included on location at available picnic tables (students with special dietary needs can bring their own lunch). Slab-foundation restroom facilities are available. Adventures await as we photograph a stream in the middle of a forgotten oak forest…an experience not to be missed. Only 80 minutes from the Winter Park/Orlando area. Workshop participants will meet at Overstreet Landing at 9 am.

Withdrawal deadline is a week prior to workshop Planning Session, March 22, 7-9 pm, Studio 3 Review Session, March 29, 6-8 pm, Studio 3 All permits, fees, and lunches are included. Instructor, Milton Heiberg, will email meeting location and directions. Registration deadline is one week prior to this workshop.


Milton Heiberg

Milton Heiberg was given a Brownie Target camera at age 8 and has been an avid photographer ever since. He is a frequent lecturer on wildlife photography, special effects, and general photography. Thousands of his images have been published worldwide. He is the author of seven books on photographic technique.
