Brittney is an interdisciplinary artist whose work takes inspiration from both her personal understanding of presentness and the macabre beauty of the native wildlife. She moved to Orlando in 2014 and received a bachelors in fine arts with a focus in illustration at the University of Central Florida. She is currently seeking a graduate degree at the same university. She primarily makes painting, printmaking, and objects out of found materials, her current body of art. Her practice of foraging and hiking allows her to highlight the urgency for appreciation and purpose.
