Jenna Chastain was born and raised in Central Florida.
She found her zeal for the ceramic arts while attending Boone High School, located in the heart of downtown Orlando.
Chastain continued her studies at the University of Central Florida, where she achieved a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Ceramics.

While at UCF, Chastain was the president of the UCF Potters Guild Organization. During her leadership, she arranged trips for the Guild to travel to the Pittsburg NCECA Conference; the International Wood-Fire Symposium at the Archie Bray Foundation in Helena, Montana; and established UCF’s first-ever Empty Bowls Orlando fundraising event.

After graduating in the Spring of 2019, she spent the following summer at Arrowmont School of Art as a work study, located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

Chastain‘s artwork has been featured in the City Art’s Young Adults Gallery in downtown Orlando, the Orlando Museum of Art’s Monthly Artist Gallery Exhibit, and the Denver School of Art’s Annual Delectable Exhibition, an exclusive show featuring ceramic tableware.
