Please drop off your children no earlier than 5 minutes prior to the start of class. The only exception is the Summer ArtCamp program, which allows students to arrive up to 15 minutes early.

Can I observe a class that my child is taking?

Due to our limited studio space, we encourage parents who are waiting at the school for their child to finish class to take advantage of the plentiful seating areas around the school and in the Contemporary Sculpture Garden by Lake Sterling. We have found that when parents are present inside the studios during class, it can hinder a student’s self-expression.

It is not necessary to stay at the school, but please arrive promptly to pick up your child at the conclusion of class.

Can my child or young adult register for an adult class or workshop?

Why do classes have prerequisites?

Prerequisites are an indication of the minimum required skill level required to be successful in a class or workshop. In general, the three-digit course numbers suggest a general level for the classes: “100” series classes are beginner level. “200” series classes are intermediate level. “300” series are advanced classes.
