ArtCamp Registration Update

Good morning,

As a courtesy, we are informing you that online registration during Crealdé’s ArtCamp Kick Off this weekend will be slow due to technical issues beyond our control.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate this inconvenience. Rest assured, there are over 400 seats available and all registrations will be processed as quickly as possible.

Because of the delay, we have extended the Kick Off discount code, CAMP24, through 9pm Monday.

We are looking forward to seeing your child in ArtCamp this summer.

Crealdé Featured in The Orlando Sentinel

Crealdé was featured in the Sunday, October 1, 2023 issue of the Orlando Sentinel!

We were honored to welcome Patrick Connolly of the Orlando Sentinel on his first visit to Crealdé on September 21. Executive Director Peter Schreyer led him on a tour of both the main campus and Hannibal Square Heritage Center, and shared Crealdé’s rich history and mission in the community.

Crealdé Covid Policies and Protocol

COVID Protocol

Please contact Laura McBryde in the Crealdé office if you are exposed to someone with a positive case of COVID or test positive for COVID yourself. You can reach her by phone at 407-671-1886 or by e-mail at lmcbryde@crealde.org.

Crealdé will contact students as soon as possible if they have been in contact within the last 2 days (48 hours) with:
A student or instructor that has tested positive for COVID.
A student or instructor that has been exposed to someone that has tested positive for COVID.
A student or instructor that is showing symptoms of COVID

Crealdé is adhering to the following CDC guidelines for positive COVID tests and COVID exposure.

If you have COVID-19 symptoms or you test positive for COVID –

You can return to campus/class after:
5 days of quarantine* from the Crealdé campus.
24 hours with no fever without the use of fever-reducing medications and
a mask is worn in our studios, office and galleries after you return to campus/class for the remaining time until you reach 10 days since symptoms began or your positive test.

If you have been exposed to COVID –
Wear a mask as soon as you find out you were exposed for 10 days. Day 0 is the day of exposure. You can develop COVID for 10 days after exposure.

If you have traveled by air –
In an abundance of caution for the safety our staff and students, Crealdé requests
that you wear a mask indoors for 5 days after you have been traveling by air.

*CDC Guidelines for Calculating Quarantine
The date of your exposure, your symptoms developed, or a positive test is considered day 0. Day 1 is the first full day after your last contact with a person who has had COVID-19, your symptoms developed or you tested positive. Stay home and away from other people for at least 5 days.

*Staff/Volunteers/Fellows/Studio Artists will follow the same guidelines as Students/Instructors.

Overflow Parking

Construction for new studios to start after Labor Day!

We are making our campus better than ever! Please be patient as we make a little dust and mess this fall, expanding the ceramics, sculpture, jewelry and young artist studio spaces. It will be worth it!

Overflow Parking

During construction, parking in our lot may be a little limited. But we have good news! We have secured the use of the two rows of parking spaces across from Publix for overflow parking through December. Thank you to Crealdé Business Center for leasing the space to us.

There will be directional signage in place indicating where you can park if our lot is full.
