An intimate collection of figurative works by emerging local artist Andrew M. Grant in his first solo exhibition features drawings and paintings inspired by the natural power and beauty of black women. Starting with his painstaking sketches of live models, Grant portrays his subjects in lush backgrounds that key on the elements of earth, air, fire and water with some nudity.
